| 概要 | This study focuses on the “Yell project” operated by the Yamaga Supporters Association, which is a support organization of Matsumoto Yamaga FC, and is a case study that analyzes the characteristics and management of its sustainable social projects. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the success factor of this project is a framework in which direct participants, local residents and governments who are service users can enjoy economic and social value. Behind this lies, there are the process of efforts that led to the widespread sharing of the story that participation in this project will lead to the club’s financial support, social advancement of persons with disabilities and reduction of environmental impact. |
