| 概要 | The valid name of Venericardia compress Yokoyama, 1890 [non Reeve, 1843] was reevaluated in accordance with the provision of the International Code of Zoological Nomenclature (ICZN). It became obvious that Cyclocardia cipangoana (Yokoyama, 1920) is the valid name. The following species are synonymous with this species: Venericardia (Cyclocardia) yokoyamai Oyama & Mizuno, 1958 [non Slodkewitsch, 1936], Cyclocardia poronaiensis Honda, 1989, and Cyclocardia oyamai Kafanov, Ogasawara & Amano, 1999. |
