| 概要 | The role played by attorneys has not been the focus of previous psychological researchregarding perceived justice, despite the fact that they as well as judges are theoretically key legal specialists. Litigants need attorneys to control the litigation process. In this study, two sets of survey data were combined and analyzed to investigate the effects of attorneys on litigation. The results confirm that a favorable image of attorneys leads to a more positive evaluation of judges, promotes the perception of process control, and restrains relative deprivation, suggesting that litigants assess attorneys on the basis of whether they provide adequate technical information for engaging in litigation. |
