| 概要 | Predicting that national identity has the function of shaping the two conflicting attitudes, a questionnaire survey was conducted on citizens of Sapporo. The results showed that patriotism, which constitutes national identity, makes people feel that state institutions and agencies are fair, and that people should take responsibility for their current situation. These findings suggest that national identity mediates a sense of procedural justice for the entire national system and consequently discourages support for weak groups. |
