| 概要 | We recorded lessons of two experienced, and one novice teachers of English, and coded their lessons on collaborative video on demand system (CollaVOD). We also conducted a semi-structured interview with the participants and analyzed based on the grounded theory approach. The findings suggest that all the participants found the COLT scheme to be a useful self-reflective tool with which they can reflect on their teaching objectively. |
