概要 A questionnaire survey was conducted to examine the relations among nurses' identification with schools, learning attitudes and social interaction. It was observed that social identity was promoted by human relations and communication, and strengthened shared cognition with other students, commitment to learning, job satisfaction in the future, positive self-image and self-efficacy.
