| 概要 | The previous studies mentioned that the mechanisms for these abnormal hematologic values and anemia have been believed to be secondary to hemoglobinuria from erythrocyte destruction in the feet, iron loss through sweat, hematuria, impaired iron absorption, and gastrointestinal blood loss. In addition, female runners have an especially difficult time maintaining proper iron levels during menstruation. |
